OK... I am going out on a limb. I am going to see if I can actually get some people to cross the line from reader to participant. I NEED YOUR HELP. I am trying to decide what my family should do for a vacation this year. It is more complicated than you might think. Let me give you my parameters.
1) I have a new baby that we adopted last September.
2) She also cost me a lot of money. So I am looking for an economical vacation.
3) I am also looking for something a little creative.
I know this might be pushing it... baby, little money, and creative. However, I thought some of you might be brilliant. So I am putting myself out here. I NEED YOUR HELP.
Two things... What are you doing for a vacation and What suggestions do you have for me. HELP! No really... I need your help. Click on the comments tab below. :)

Camping--Go to Kings mountain, Bethal woods, Ashville(mountains where it is relaxing but not far form home), Dreher Island state park. Somewhere close- Less gas
Camping is a great idea... especially somewhere like Asheville. (Cooler! Always good.) However, I might have one problem... I don't have access to the kind of drugs neccessary to convince Holly to sleep outside. I have been trying to get her to go camping... so far not so good. :) Thanks... I am adding it to the list.
Come to Houston! Holly and I can shop at our brand new outlet mall, the kids can swim in one of our four pools with huge water slides, we can go fishing in the lake across the street from us, you and Rick can golf and all you have to do is get here! We have plenty of room and would LOVE to see you!!! We could even take in an Astros game, go to a waterpark, etc. It would be our pleasure!
Pop up camper.... Inside yet outdoors.
I saw a movie once where a family had a great time striving to get to Wally World at any cost. (not the mart wally world, the park with the moose mascot).
I wish I had a cabin to send you to.We always go camping, brevard has campsites, and sliding rock, and it is possible cove creek, near the water and shallow. There is hiking, horseback riding best of all you are right near bilo, taco bell and the WALMART, so we sometimes bag it and eat in a restaurant. You could then visit downtown ashville, or Grace church which is cool. There is even a church that is very old within walking of campground site.I think the boys would love sliding rock and you can rent tubes in brevard. We have vacationed on little money there, you can also mountain bike but need to be ? how old is your oldest? we dragged TJ at 8 years old.You can rent bikes also.We are renting on Folly beach but put 5 families together to save up and got it in feb.% of our kids, 4 grandchildren under 2, and an assortment of flavors of people.dave and I have had the TALK about mercy over judgement.Anything we have you can borrow.kathy branch
